Refunds & Returns/Exchanges

We think our products are top quality, but if your order arrives damaged or lacking please send us a photo and details so we can fix the problem as soon as possible

If the incorrect pattern is sent to you please send us a picture so we can fix it up for you.

If you have selected the wrong pattern please let us know ASAP so we can fix it before your order gets sent. Once it is sent you may need to wait until you receive it and return it.  

If you change your mind and would like a refund, you will need to pay for return postage. Once we receive the item in original/unused condition we can provide a full refund. 

Contact must be made within 14 days of receiving your order for all returns/exchanges/refunds.

Once we have acknowledged your refund has been processed, please wait up to 10 business days for it to return to your account from which you made payment. Refunds can ONLY be made to the account where payment was received.
